This project will create high quality dwellings which will include a restaurant, guest facilities, function facilities & a prime ‘boutique-style’ clubhouse, with great transport
Planning was achieved for on a greenbelt site, which was one of the first successful application in the UK
Planning for 120 residential units was achieved
The retirement village scheme consists of:
