Now, through his proven network of industry professionals Ed continues to grow CDP’s long list of co-investors, JV partners and clients requiring off-market sites, equity and debt finance.

This extensive network and  experience means Ed can rapidly resolved property issues whilst also focussing on structuring off-market deals which achieve optimum returns and create profitable partnerships.

With a successful finance background as well as holding an MSC in Real Estate Development and Finance, Kevin has built up his experience working alongside large portfolio investors in London and  real estate private equity.  Kevin joined Carpe Diem in 2017 as Head of Acquisitions with a focus on sourcing profitable development opportunities in London, the Home Counties and South UK for CDP and our partners.

With the support of a team of property consultants, Kevin analyses, manages and structures a site pipeline in excess of £15 million GDV with an aim to achieve optimal returns.

Miles Joined the CDP team in 2018 as a property consultant after spending two years working for a residential development company based in the West Midlands.

Before that, Miles worked for Savills and Colliers in their development and valuation teams and studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, where he built up his own portfolio of residential investment properties.

Miles now focuses on building relationships with land owners who want to sell or are looking for joint ventures with CDP via land promotions and both architects and property professionals who can introduce off market deals. He also raises equity using his investor network.

In his spare time Miles enjoys country pursuits and traveling. He has just returned from the Mongol Rally.
